* Provide proof of insurance and workman's comp. certificate (upon request)

* Remove existing roof and properly dispose

* Install new underlayment and check for rotten wood
* Replace any damaged sheathing

* Replace existing flashing (i.e. drip edge, valley, wall, and chimney)
